Having a more cleansing diet has made me feel like some weight has been lifted from my body and mind and has cleaned out some of the toxins in my body and skin.
I feel much more empowered and in control if my body and mind. If I’m feeling lethargic, or moody, or unable to concentrate, I now think about what I can eat or do to find better balance.
Kristy is very supportive and knowledgeable. I appreciated the personalized information she shared with me at every session. She asked a lot of questions and obviously listened very carefully because she came back the next session with resources and ideas that really fit my needs. Every session was enjoyable.
